I reckon older houses should be demolished and replaced with more energy efficient buildings because it will be more stable and less worry of the house falling over. I also reckon that it if a earthquake happened you wouldn’t really have to worry about the house. There might be a slight chance you will get cracks in the walls but it wouldn’t do much damage to the house if there is more energy efficient. The house would look better in general as well.

Drugs should be allowed in sports!
What if you need the drugs in a hurry? What happens if someone else needs them? I reckon drugs should be allowed in sports because you might actually get pain that hurts or you can get a headache. Taking pills actually helps it so therefore I reckon that they should be allowed instead of banning them. It's a bit stupid if they banned them as they might actually need the drugs in a hurry or I.C.E. I reckon drugs should be allowed in sports also as one day you will actually need them if something happens. It's not fear if they suffer as it might be a competition and if they could be out for the rest of be competition. Other people might say something different but I think they should be allowed in sports. At the end of be day people think different so therefore they may argue over it!

Creative Writing
I’m writing about a challenge when I meet a new person that first started Hornby High School. The characters are Hannah and I. The setting is at school as I had to introduce her to new people and all teachers plus show her around the school and tell her where we weren’t allowed and where we were allowed.
The problem is that she didn’t know anyone at all as it was her first year starting school as year 9 so she didn’t know any students or teachers. She was shy to ask teachers questions or anything so I asked them for her and then they told her the answers. Once she got use too all the teachers name and students she was fine. She also got to meet new new people as well.
At that time I was happy as I knew we would be friends and showing her round school. I was also excited as I got to meet a new person. I felt nervous as we both didn’t know what to say or do.
I was thinking are they gonna be friends with me or walk away and be a snob and just block me out but since I was showing her round the school she didn’t snob me and basically from day 1 we were friends and I knew we would be friends although she meet new people.
It went really well meeting her and talking to her. Our parents were glad that we meet each other as from how far we have came. I enjoy being friends with her with all the laughing and other things when we hangout. Personally I think I’m great to have a friend as special as she is to me and I never wanna lose her.
I learnt that at first I was nervous and happy at the same time as I didn’t know what to say but then after a couple of hours we were fine with each other. Now I have learnt that I’m not nervous or shy or anything at all. I can tell her anything and she can tell me anything as we both keep secrets and trust each other a lot.

When the church burnt down from the cigarette as it was still going there was children in there and Sodapop and his mates stood up to be the bigger person and rescue them one by one. |

My Selfie Woodcut Plan
LO: Resolving what we start
Success Means:
- Mark making page, Done
- Thumbnails with Annotations, Done
- Refection on your blog, Done
My word/emotion is Happy because that day I got my hair straightened for the first time and that's when I took the photo. My most inspiring print maker is Franz Marc, Woodcut, "Aus Der Tierlegende" (Legend Of The Animal). I like this picture because I like the background and the style based on the picture. I use to race horses aswell. In my final work I want to say I'm happy with what I drew. My next step is to push myself because I didn't draw all six.

Breaking news Ponyboy and Johnny run away from murder!!
|
In the afternoon at 2:00pm on Wednesday Johnny + Ponyboy ran away to the church. They ran away because Ponyboy was getting drowned. They stayed at the church overnight. There was danger at the church. Ponyboy + Johnny woke up the next day and left the church. While they were away I forgotten I lit a cigarette and dropped it and then it made the church burn on fire. When they came back they saw little kids in there so they put on there bravely and saved the little kids. While they were saving the kids Johnny’s clothes lit on fire. So they were trying to get rid of the fire on his clothes while saving the little kids. They were all scared as they didn’t know what was going on and crying as well. At the end they ended up saving the little kids. There was so much smoke that they were inhaling. People called the ambulance for the kids and Ponyboy + Johnny. They found out that Johnny was slowly dying so he had to stay in hospital. He couldn’t lie on his back so he had to lie on his
stomach. Ponyboy and all the others were struggling especially Ponyboy as he cared about Johnny so much. He was crying some nights as he was worried about Johnny. One night they went to the hospital to find out how Johnny was going and the nurses told him that he died. Everyone struggled as it was heartbreaking news.
